Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping us grow our sales teams by identifying and attracting the right talent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment for a specific portfolio in a high-volume setting.

  • Shadowing frontline roles during your onboarding week to better understand the positions you’ll be recruiting for.

  • Supporting recruitment for senior roles as you gain experience.

  • Posting job ads and tracking their performance across platforms.

  • Sourcing candidates from resume databases and initiating outreach calls.

  • Pre-screening candidates and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

  • Conducting reference checks and assisting with background verifications.

  • Supporting onboarding processes, including documentation and presentations.

  • Participating in recruitment events such as job fairs, conferences, and workshops.

  • Assisting with social media recruitment efforts.

  • Maintaining organized recruitment trackers and handling administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources (preferred).

  • Recruitment experience is an asset but not required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Minimum typing speed of 50+ words per minute.

  • Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada.

  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
